Precious Thing

by Chechebalance

In the shadows of high society, elite thief Tae Woowon takes a job as a bodyguard to steal a twelve-hundred-million-won necklace from the infamous heir Lee Yeshin. Expected to guard a spoiled playboy, Woowon instead encounters a deeply traumatized young man drowning in dark rumors and overwhelming guilt. After an intense first meeting leaves an unforgettable mark on both of them, Woowon finds himself inexplicably drawn to Yeshin’s rare moments of vulnerability. As Yeshin seeks solace in Woowon's quiet warmth to escape his insomnia and past sins, their bond deepens into a dangerous codependency. What began as a simple heist quickly turns personal as Woowon's focus shifts from stealing a priceless gem to claiming Yeshin himself.
